Our client, the endodontic practice Endodontic Associates, operates four dental practices in the state of Maryland and specializes in root canals. The practice was looking to increase their exposure via social media and keeping patients informed about endodontic procedures and up-to-date news from their practices.
It was important that those social media channels contain activity that is interesting enough for patients to follow the practice, and that all content complies with HiPPA standards.
Since we have been working together, we have added the client’s business to different social media channels. The social media channels were selected and created to keep past and future patients up-to-date with the practices, as well as to provide valuable resources to referring practices. The client is currently active on Facebook and Twitter, and reviews are being monitored on Yelp! All channels are now managed and updated on a regular basis by us. Additionally, the client is providing us with content and company news to upload and manage on their social media channels.
